Pace A. Duckenfield is President and Chief Executive Officer of DX3 Solutions, Inc. A retired U.S. Army officer, he brings extensive experience in project and program management, technical operations, cybersecurity governance, strategic intelligence, business development, and proposal execution. He holds Project Management Professional (PMP) and Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) credentials and leads DX3’s corporate strategy, client delivery, financial management, and operational oversight.
David A. Duckenfield
Chief Operating Officer (COO), DX3 Strategists
Duckenfield is the COO of DX3 Strategists, where he designs and implements the business strategies, plans, and procedures for the service-disabled, veteran-owned business.
He began his professional career as a 1st Lieutenant and Platoon Leader for the 276th Military Police Company, D.C. National Guard, Washington, D.C., where he trained his troops on maneuver and mobility support operations (reconnaissance and surveillance), area security operations (site security and response), law & order operations (law enforcement and developing host-nation police forces), internment/resettlement operations (military prisoners and enemy combatants), and police intelligence operations.
After his Army service, he became a Foreign Service Officer with the United States Information Agency and served at the U.S. Embassies in Mexico City and Bogota. He received the State Department’s Meritorious Honor Award for his work during the 1995 civilian U.S. airliner crash in the rebel-controlled territory of Colombia. Following his diplomatic service, Duckenfield managed the regional public relations efforts for the National Basketball Association and Yahoo! in Latin America. He also partnered with Balsera Communications where he launched their public relations and federal government practices.
Later, Duckenfield was appointed Deputy Assistant Secretary in the Bureau of Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of State in Washington, D.C.He received his M.A. from Johns Hopkins University (SAIS) and an AB from Dartmouth College, where he held an Army R.O.T.C. Scholarship, was commissioned as a Second Lieutenant in the Army Reserves, and was a three-year NCAA Division I letterman for the Varsity Lacrosse team.
